Current Issues and Problems about the Quality Improvement Faced by Management in Higher Educational Institutions

Higher education plays a vital role in the community and universities are backbone of higher system. Management is an important part education; to survive. The administration considered essential achieving economic progress, political stability peace. . In this research researcher found current challenges facing administrators maintain status public private universities. objectives study were identify issues problems faced by management quality at university level, importance education, help updating our for best meeting future demands, suggest possible solutions improve management.
 qualitative approach was used as methodology study. Five from Lahore selected observing about Data collected through interviews. vice-chancellors, registrars, controllers, treasurers heads human resource departments these Interview protocol collection data. 
 results analyzed with initial codes broad categories It concluded that it necessary boost up management. also determined all almost trying their abilities towards academic matters under umbrella Education Commission(HEC). researchers recommended removing concerned should be mobilizing financial, technical, social resources enhancing facilitating reform process initiated within institutions.
